Silex和8家欧洲公司，研究所及大学开展Samrt-MEMPHIS项目

The objective of the project is to develop new, autonomous modules for energy harvesting.

Silex role in the Project as a Pure Play MEMS foundry is to make sure we stay at the forefront offering state-of-the-art MEMS piezo electric wafer processing capability to the World’s leading innovators.

The Smart-MEMPHIS consortium comprises nine partners across the value chain from universities and research organisations, medical and industrial end users to Silex as the MEMS volume production foundry. The Smart-MEMPHIS project started in December 2014 and will run for 3.5 years with a budget of EURO 8.2 million.

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 644378.
